Nhà Vườn Điều is rooted in a philosophy of respecting nature, with a layout carefully shaped around 26 existing cashew trees, ensuring their roots and forms remain untouched. The design balances its role as a second home and a potential short-term retreat, prioritizing a minimalist lifestyle detached from urban chaos. Multiple layout revisions and on-site 1:1 mockups reflect meticulous care, resulting in a building that fulfills functional needs while blending seamlessly with the landscape, offering peace and connection.

Nha Xuan Tay is situated on a gentle hill in Xuan Tay commune, with expansive views toward Gia Lao Mountain, approximately 8 kilometers away in a straight line.

Tucked away in a tranquil village near Nam Cát Tiên National Park, Nhà Vườn Điều is a thoughtfully designed second home and potential homestay that seamlessly integrates with its 1000 m² cashew garden, preserving 26 mature trees while offering a minimalist, nature-immersed lifestyle through rustic materials, a central ecological pond, and verandas that invite quiet contemplation of the serene landscape.

A central pond and verandas craft serene spaces, deeply tying occupants to the garden.
Reclaimed wood, old tiles, and polished stone evoke rusticity, bathed in natural light through open voids.

Reclaimed wood, old tiles, and polished stone, alongside raw walls and patterned tiles, create a rustic material palette reminiscent of traditional rural homes. Natural light filters through openings, slanted roofs, and glass doors, shifting throughout the day to enliven the space. The use of repurposed materials and natural light not only ensures sustainability but also fosters an authentic, grounded atmosphere, enhancing the experience of living immersed in nature.
